Is there a way that a user can be set with the right to speak over another user that is speaking during a group or channel PTT call?

Yes, the Supervisory Override feature allows a designed user to take the floor and start talking at any time he wants during a PTT call or Channel, even if some other user is talking.

Only a web company admin has rights to activate and configure this feature on the Team on the Run platform and then, the feature will be set-up at user level on Web Company Administration (on Options tab).
Please see the attached images illustrating these steps.

Notes for levels configuration:

  • The user with the highest level will have priority (e.g: level 2 supervisor always has priority over a level 1 supervisor);
  • A supervisor cannot take the floor while another supervisor at the same level is talking.
