How does the Emergency Alert Work?

You can find some guides that explain the Emergency Alert functionality from both a User and Administrative perspective.

To configure Emergency Alerts, you must first log into the admin portal located at the following URL:

https://admin.teamontherun.com

On this admin page you can access and configure the individual emergency profiles Emergency Profiles from the 'Settings' located in the dropdown at the top right of the screen.

Using the actual Emergency features can be done from WebChat, iOS and Android using the colored buttons that appear on the screens when a user is in an Emergency Profile.
